Education WeekInternational Education Week (IEW) is a worldwide celebration of the millions of people who enhance global understanding through exchange programs. Mask-making has spiritual and social functions globally. The masking tradition came to the Caribbean via African and European cultures. Mask-creating has therapeutic worth and is shown to be helpful in the aftermath of the significant hurricanes that are ever much more prevalent nowadays. The mission of our Student Organization to Market Caribbean Culture & Arts (SOCCA) is self evident in the title. By means of the current project we intend to share straightforward methods of producing masks and share information on its usefulness as an educational tool.

Meanwhile, a project titled Passport to the World” saw passport offices throughout the US host events to provide the common public with an opportunity to either understand about passports or apply for passports on the spot. Dozens of passport drives were especially aimed at helping students on US college and university campuses take their first step towards studying abroad, also.

The App Improvement with Swift curriculum gives high college and college students the critical skills they need to have to qualify for high-demand and higher-ability jobs. In the subsequent college year, Apple will release a cost-free AP Pc Science Principles course syllabus and curriculum, providing higher school students the opportunity to earn Sophisticated Placement (AP) credit for learning App Improvement with Swift.

From two to three p.m. Thursday in Area 201 at the International Center, the Arabic Tea and Conversation Hour will take spot and function an chance to speak and understand about the Arabic culture. Students from all Arabic language levels, as well as Arabic-speaking students at the English Center, are welcome.
